Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards and quality requirements. This position plays a key role in supervising personnel, maintaining safety, and driving continuous improvement within the production area.

We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to be assigned at Kawit, Cavite with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production line operators and staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency, ensuring standards are met.
• Plan and assign daily tasks and shifts based on production requirements.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and identify areas for process improvement to minimize defects and waste.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to resolve bottlenecks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse) to support production goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or related field.
• At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• At least 3 years experience in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and operational procedures relevant to the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts as required by operational needs.
• Experience in the Paper industry is an advantage.
• Must be a resident of Cavite or nearby towns and municipalities.
