Hiring Alert! We are looking for Production Supervisor in our Production Department. Location: Vasai, Maharashtra
Responsibilities 1.Execute production plan across CNC, VMC, conventional machines 2.Allocate jobs to operators/setters 3.Track utilisation, downtime, shift output 4.Ensure in-process quality checks 5.Escalate bottlenecks to Production Manager 6.Maintain discipline, safety, housekeeping 7.Coordinate with Stores 8.Report rejections/scrap with root cause 9.Train new operators 10.Maintain daily production records
Skills 1.CNC, VMC, conventional machining 2.Drawings and basic GD&T 3.Exotic alloys (advantage) 4.Ownership, independent decisions 5.Basic Excel 6.Clear communication
Qualifications a. Diploma in Mechanical/Production (shop-floor experience may substitute) b. 3+ years supervising a CNC shop floor
