Production Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 22,000 – 30,000 per month
Additional Benefit: PKR 5,000 monthly lunch allowance
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our clothing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the sales team, manage workers, monitor order progress, and ensure timely completion of production orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to receive, review, and organize incoming production orders.
• Plan and allocate production tasks to workers according to order requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with workers and ensure smooth day-to-day production operations.
• Monitor daily production progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Track pending, ongoing, and completed orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify production delays or operational issues and communicate them to management promptly.
• Maintain basic production records, order status updates, and daily reporting.
• Ensure workers follow production schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate between the sales and production teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• To create shipments and handing over to the company.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to use MS Excel and maintain basic production records is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in clothing manufacturing or production supervision will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 22,000 – 30,000, depending on experience and skills.
• Monthly Lunch Allowance: PKR 5,000.
• Full-time position with an opportunity to develop production management skills.

Working Schedule

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Lunch Break: 1 hour.

Pay: Rs22,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
