Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, monitor manpower, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
• Allocate work to workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Maintain product quality and minimize material wastage.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Production teams.
• Maintain daily production reports and records.
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping.

Requirements:

• ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and MS Excel is preferred.
