We are looking for a responsible, organized, and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of production processes, and the ability to coordinate daily manufacturing operations efficiently. You will be responsible for supervising production staff, monitoring workflow, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Working closely with management, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams, you will help optimize production performance, minimize operational downtime, and achieve production targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

• Plan, organize, and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials according to production schedules.

• Monitor production output and ensure targets, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

• Lead, train, motivate, and support production workers to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.

• Ensure that all products meet established quality specifications and company standards.

• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with the quality control team to investigate product defects and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Track production performance indicators, including output, efficiency, defect rates, and equipment utilization.

• Prepare daily production reports and communicate progress, challenges, and operational issues to management.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment breakdowns and prevent recurring production disruptions.

• Ensure raw materials, components, and production supplies are available when needed.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.

• Maintain accurate production records, attendance reports, and inventory usage documentation.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

• Resolve day-to-day production issues and escalate major operational concerns when necessary.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing or production role.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and workflow management.

• Ability to supervise production teams and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of quality control procedures, workplace safety standards, and production best practices.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to monitor production performance and implement effective process improvements.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for production reporting and performance tracking.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and meet production deadlines.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality and operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with production management systems, ERP software, or manufacturing execution systems (MES) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in workforce scheduling, production reporting, inventory coordination, or quality improvement is an advantage.
