Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain the production schedule.
• Evaluate production efficiency.
• Determine the quality of goods before shipping.
• Ensure that health and safety laws are followed.
• Creating and overseeing employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability.
• Ensure the flow of resources like raw materials is maintained and that production items are delivered as needed and used properly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' of manufacturing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
• Ability to complete written reports legibly and accurately.
• Strong leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
