Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee our workshop production, fabrication activities, and on-site installations.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in the exhibition, signage, and advertising fabrication industry, with strong technical knowledge of materials, production methods, manpower management, and project execution.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and delivery schedules while maintaining production efficiency and controlling material wastage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations, including carpentry, metal fabrication, acrylic works, painting, signage production, and assembly.
• Plan and coordinate production activities based on project deadlines and installation schedules.
• Review technical drawings, production specifications, and approved designs before starting fabrication.
• Allocate tasks to carpenters, fabricators, painters, signage technicians, and installation teams.
• Monitor production progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, tools, and manpower.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, procurement teams, and management regarding production requirements.
• Identify material requirements, prepare material lists, and coordinate with procurement to avoid production delays.
• Supervise the fabrication of exhibition stands, kiosks, display units, counters, signage, and other customized structures.
• Monitor finishing quality, dimensional accuracy, structural stability, and overall workmanship.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide practical technical solutions.
• Coordinate loading, transportation, site installation, dismantling, and workshop-related logistics.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and maintain workshop cleanliness and organization.
• Minimize material wastage, rework, and unnecessary production expenses.
• Provide regular updates to management on production status, manpower utilization, and project progress.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in exhibition stand fabrication, signage production, kiosk manufacturing, or the advertising production industry.
• Previous experience supervising workshop production teams is essential.
• Strong practical knowledge of carpentry, MDF, plywood, laminates, acrylic, metal fabrication, painting, and finishing processes.
• Good understanding of exhibition stand construction, kiosk fabrication, retail displays, and signage installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and fabrication details.
• Experience managing multiple production projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production and installation deadlines.
• Familiarity with workshop machinery, tools, and production techniques.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UAE exhibition venues, installation procedures, and site requirements will be an advantage.
• UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have direct, hands-on experience in exhibition stand building, custom kiosk manufacturing, and advertising fabrication, rather than general manufacturing or construction supervision.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing workshop production, guiding fabrication teams, identifying technical issues, and ensuring timely project completion with minimal supervision.

Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
