Production Supervisor

Role Description The Production Supervisor role is a part-time remote position responsible for overseeing production activities related to CaMexItal’s projects and initiatives. This role includes coordinating production schedules, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. The Production Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate status updates, and address operational issues to keep projects on track. The position also involves supporting continuous improvement of production processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholders’ expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading and coordinating production teams or project contributors.
• Ability to manage production schedules and production planning to ensure timely and efficient execution of activities.
• Proficiency in production management, including monitoring performance, resolving bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in multicultural and remote environments.
• Experience in project or operations management, ideally within international, non-profit, chamber of commerce, or business support contexts.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a part-time remote setting, and use digital collaboration tools confidently.
• Relevant education in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Interest in or knowledge of Mexico–Italy economic relations, international trade, or cross-cultural collaboration is a valuable asset.
