FungoMan (operating as Precision Sports Robotics, L.L.C.) designs and manufactures automated practice machines used by baseball and softball programs at every level, from youth academies to professional training facilities. We're a fast growing, hands on team where everyone touches the product.

About the Role

FungoMan just moved into a bigger warehouse in Dallas, TX to support growing demand for our automated practice machines, and we're looking for a Production Supervisor to help lead that next chapter. This role owns warehouse flow, inventory, and quality control, while also leading assembly, troubleshooting, and offsite installation work when needed.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: inventory management, part purchasing coordination, work orders, fulfillment, and shipping
• Manage and mentor a small team of warehouse and product technicians
• Serve as the go to technical expert across FungoMan's full machine lineup (FM-DPM, FM-250E, FM-250(S), FM-50, and related SKUs)
• Lead complex assembly, calibration, and diagnostic work on the shop floor
• Travel periodically for offsite machine installations and service calls
• Maintain relationships with outsourced engineering partners and sub assembly manufacturers
• Enforce safety and quality standards in the warehouse

What You Bring

• 3+ years in a warehouse, production, or technical operations role, ideally with mechanical equipment
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and software adjacent systems
• Comfortable with inventory/production software and basic CRM tools
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for installs
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work standing/moving for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary, plus Health insurance, paid time off (PTO)

Pay: $56,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
