Manufacturing Supervisor - 1st Shift

4 10s : 5am to 3pm, Monday through Thursday

$70K to $75K + Bonus + Benefits Start Day 1

Our client, an industry leader for the past 30+ years, is seeking a Production Supervisor to led a team of ~25. This facility is state-of-the-art and continues to invest in automation, process flow and new production lines. What You'll Do

• Lead employees and ensure safety, quality, throughput, and production goals are achieved
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and accountability
• Support employee cross-training initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement across production processes

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong communication and team-building skills
