Production Supervisor

• Floor Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily production schedules, assign operators to machines or assembly lines, and track output against targets.
• Team Leadership & Staffing: Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate production personnel, handle attendance tracking, and resolve floor issues.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules (such as OSHA or local labor standards), and quality control checks.
• Equipment & Downtime Management: Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine machine upkeep and troubleshoot unexpected line stoppages.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), defect rates, and output volume, while driving Kaizen or lean initiatives.
