Production Supervisor (DIP)

Our client Bittele Electronic Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor (DIP) to join their team!

Joining this team as a Production Supervisor (DIP) offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in production management, quality control, and team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the DIP process, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team to achieve production targets.

What you'll be doing?

• Production Management: Arrange manpower, shifts, and workload to meet daily/weekly production plans.
• Quality Control: Enforce standards, conduct inspections, and monitor soldering quality.
• Process & Equipment: Follow DIP process flow, monitor key parameters, and manage equipment maintenance.
• Team & Training: Lead, guide, and motivate operators; train new staff on operations and safety.
• Safety & 5S: Strictly enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
• Data & Records: Record daily production data and submit reports to management.
• Process Control & Compliance: Implement ISO 13485 requirements and ensure compliance.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: 3+ years in DIP production with 1+ year as a supervisor/team leader.
• Knowledge: Master DIP process, IPC-A-610, ESD, ISO 9001/13485, and equipment operation.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and quick decision-making.
• Language: Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous for better communication.
