Production Supervisor Female

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to achieve Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) targets.
• Manage manpower, shift operations, and production planning.
• Lead team performance, training, and employee development.
• Drive continuous improvement through 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Lean practices.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to resolve production issues.

Preferred Candidate

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
• 48 years of production supervision experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and HSE.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
