Production Supervisor (Flexible Packaging / Printing) Phetchaburi

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Production Supervisor to join our team in Phetchaburi. In this role, you will lead our flexible packaging production line, with a strong focus on printing quality, color matching, and team management. If you have a solid background in flexible packaging, gravure printing, and a sharp eye for color accuracy, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Leadership: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the flexible packaging production line (including printing, lamination, slitting, and blown film processes).
• Quality & Color Control: Ensure precise color matching, ink mixing, and printing quality to meet strict customer specifications.
• Team Management: Plan manpower, assign tasks, and provide training and guidance to production staff to maximize efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Monitor the production process, reduce waste (loss/scrap), and solve on-site technical issues effectively.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all production processes comply with food safety and quality standards (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and BRC-IOP).
• Reporting: Track daily production output and report progress to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Candidates with strong direct experience are also welcome).
• At least 3 years of direct experience in the Flexible Packaging industry, plastic bag manufacturing, or Gravure/Flexo printing.
• Must-Have Skill: Strong expertise in printing processes, color matching, and controlling color shades.
• Good knowledge of hygiene standards and food packaging quality systems (GMP, HACCP, BRC-IOP).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
