Production Supervisor for LED Light

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible LED Light Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise workers, maintain product quality, and ensure timely achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the complete LED light production and assembly process.
• Manage and allocate work to production workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
• Monitor processes such as LED assembly, wiring, soldering, testing, and packing.
• Ensure proper use and handling of raw materials, components, and tools.
• Conduct basic quality checks and minimize production defects and rejection.
• Maintain daily production, attendance, material consumption, and output records.
• Identify production-related issues and coordinate with management for solutions.
• Train and guide workers regarding production processes, quality, and safety procedures.
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness on the production floor.
• Coordinate with stores, purchase, quality, and management teams as required.
• Ensure minimum material wastage and efficient utilization of resources.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in LED light/electrical product manufacturing or production supervision.
• Practical knowledge of LED light assembly and production processes.
• Good team-handling and supervisory skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production records.
• ITI qualification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
• Candidate must know how to ride a two-wheeler/bike.
• Should be responsible, punctual, and comfortable working according to production targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
