Production Supervisor (HC)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Plan and optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to maximize production efficiency.
• Ensure all production processes comply with GMP, SOP, company quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production performance, investigate process issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, and other related departments to improve machine efficiency and minimize production downtime.
• Analyze production data, prepare operational reports, and present performance results to management.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality management systems within the production area.
• Support cost reduction initiatives, waste reduction, productivity improvement, and Lean/Continuous Improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) with a valid Pharmacist License.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or related manufacturing industries.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOP, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
• Good leadership, people management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
