Position: Production Supervisor / Senior Associate

• Washing & Sterilization Supervisor
• Cell Culture – Supervisor
• Media Preparation – Supervisor / Senior Associate
• Concentration – Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day production activities in the respective manufacturing area.
• Ensure production activities are carried out as per SOP, GMP and safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment, processes and production parameters.
• Maintain batch records, logbooks and other production documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering and other departments.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization and contamination-control practices.
• Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets.

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Injectables / Formulation / Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Experience in any of the following areas is preferred:

• Washing & Sterilization

• Cell Culture

• Media Preparation

• Concentration
