Location: Invercargill | Hours: 40 | Competitive Salary Package

We are looking for a person with serious career aspirations who is craving a hands-on role and direct involvement in improving processes on the plant floor, to join our team as a Production Supervisor. Your drive and enthusiasm will be fundamental in helping to implement positive outcomes and inspire our team to new heights in process management and productivity. This role is complex but will be well supported by an experienced team including an established Production Manager and Branch General Manager.

You’re an enthusiastic and driven leader with a passion for achieving results and continuously developing both yourself and your team. With proven experience in supervising, coaching, and motivating others, you’re confident working towards targets, managing budgets, and using tools like Excel and Outlook to support performance and efficiency. Experience in Lean Manufacturing would be an advantage along with excellent people management skills. A positive attitude and desire to make a difference will be the key to making this position your own.

Full training is provided, and all successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
