Production Supervisor - Manufacturing (Rayong)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities in the Extrusion & Lamination Department to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets.
• Manage production manpower, shift operations, line performance, and machine utilization to achieve production KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, increase productivity, and optimize manufacturing costs.
• Monitor and control production quality, raw material consumption, laminated reel inventory, and SAP transactions.
• Ensure all startup checks, process controls, and production changeovers are completed according to standards.
• Coach, train, and develop production operators to enhance technical capability, multi-skilling, and overall team performance.
• Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure machine reliability and maximum operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and company regulations.
• Participate in new product introductions, process improvements, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related fields).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with solid experience in shop floor supervision and people management.
• Experience in Extrusion, Lamination, Coating, Film, Flexible Packaging, Plastic Processing, or Packaging Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing production teams in a shift environment.
• Good knowledge of Production Control, Continuous Improvement, Waste Reduction, Productivity Improvement, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English communication.
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
