What they need
Job Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, directs, controls and reviews the work activities of all Foreman and Assistant Supervisor.
- Receives, disseminates and monitors activities according to work instructions and management memo.
- Review effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Checks and reviews process improvement.
- Viewing of monthly loading plan including Production Forecast.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any Engineering course.
- With at least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing.
- Knowledge of molding process flow.
- General knowledge in quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO Standards.
