Production Supervisor – Oil Packing Process
Location: Bangpoo, Samut Prakan

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Production team and take responsibility for managing our oil packing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, control, and monitor production to achieve quality, quantity, efficiency, and timeline targets
• Supervise the entire production process from raw material preparation to final packaging (Bottle & Pouch)
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate basic maintenance to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with Engineering and Technical teams for machine installation and improvement
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues within the production line
• Lead and supervise approximately 30–40 production employees
• Drive productivity improvement, waste reduction, and production efficiency
• Monitor and report production performance and propose improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with Volpak, Serac, Delmax, or Jagur machinery is an advantage
• Experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Edible Oil is preferred
• Good understanding of Automatic & Manual Packing Processes
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
• Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving & Team Management skills
• Able to work Monday–Friday and alternate Saturdays
