Production Supervisor (Precast)

• Supervise daily production activities of the assigned subcontractor team.
• Brief workers on daily production targets and work requirements
• Monitor reinforcement cage preparation.
• Monitor mould preparation and readiness.
• Monitor concrete casting and compaction.
• Ensure mould cover up with plastic sheet for curing process.
• Monitor demoulding, finishing, identification, and storage.
• Ensure workers follow approved SOPs and work instructions.
• Check production activities against required quality standards.
• Identify defects and immediately report them to Production Engineer/QA/QC.
• Monitor daily production quantity and productivity.
• Monitor subcontractor manpower attendance and performance.
• Monitor housekeeping in production area.
• Ensure workers comply with safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Report machinery, mould, crane, vibrator, or other equipment problems.
• Monitor material availability and report shortages.
• Prevent unnecessary material wastage.
• Record production output, manpower, downtime, defects, and problems.
• Coordinate with QA/QC during inspection and testing.
• Coordinate with Maintenance when breakdowns occur.
• Follow up on corrective actions instructed by Production Engineer/Senior Production Engineer.
• Liaise with Crane Operator and ensure proper handling, lifting, stacking, and storage of finished piles.
• Report and resolve outstanding issues with Senior Production Engineer and Production Engineer.
• Control subcontractor discipline and work performance.
• Ensure the subcontractor achieves the assigned daily production target.
