  Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.

• Plan and manage manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and operator deployment.

• Monitor production processes, machine performance, and workflow efficiency.

• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Lead and supervise production operators and technicians to maintain productivity and discipline.

• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and defects.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

• Maintain production reports, documentation, and 5S practices in the workplace.

• Support the Manager with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing preferably in plastic resin .
  Must have the capability to operate injection molding, or extrusion processes.
• Experience in production supervision, manpower planning, and shop floor operations.
• A Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in industrial and production principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work overtime (OT) when required.
• Willing to work in Sungai Tiram, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor.
