Production Supervisor (Supervisor 1)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily production activities to ensure compliance with established production schedules and targets.
• Monitor and report weekly performance against Key Result Areas (KRAs), and develop recovery plans for unmet targets.
• Lead and execute planned production activities in coordination with team members.
• Conduct root cause analysis of daily operational issues and performance gaps.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives based on root cause analysis findings.
• Foster positive management-employee relations through open communication, timely resolution of employee concerns, fair discipline, and transparent performance management.
• Actively participate in company activities and improvement programs, including Safety Day, Quality Day, Small Group Activities (SGA), Kaizen, and PK.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor, health, safety, environmental, and ethics standards.

Qualifications

Education

• College graduate with at least a four-year degree, preferably in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

Work Experience

• Preferably with 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing company.

Technical Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Why-Why Analysis, Outgoing Control Plan (OCAP), and production planning.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High attention to detail, analytical and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
