Job Summary

looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and lead shop-floor teams while adhering to safety and process requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Monitor machine performance and optimize production efficiency.
• Manage manpower allocation and shift operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and production processes.
• Maintain production records, reports, and daily MIS.
• Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Quality departments for smooth operations.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rework.
• Train and guide production operators to improve productivity and performance.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
