Production Supervisor Trainee

Key responsibilities include observing experienced workers, assisting in daily operations, monitoring production processes for efficiency and quality, enforcing safety protocols, and helping to train new floor workers. Trainees are expected to document shift outputs, conduct quality checks, and support supervisors in resolving operational issues and bottlenecks. Qualifications often require a high school diploma or GED, with some roles preferring a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field. Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some positions may require prior manufacturing experience, such as 3+ years in construction or 1+ year in a supervisory role, particularly for roles in specialized industries like precast concrete or automotive lighting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
