Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control the overall operations of the Forming Section.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure proper manpower distribution and resource allocation.
• Inspect machines to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct inspections and tests on processed products to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare requests for raw materials needed for production.
• Verify information in received job orders.
• Record and report daily sectional activities.
• Implement standard operating procedures, company policies, and regulations.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in the section.
• Train newly assigned employees and provide instructions to subordinates.
• Conduct weekly sectional meetings to address concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain an inventory of tools issued to the section.
• Recommend improvements to enhance machine efficiency.
• Prepare monthly accomplishment reports and address unmet targets.
• Review and update documented information as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in steel manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to organize tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High initiative and strong attention to detail.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime as needed.
