Production Supervisor (Wipers Activity) M/F

Who We Are ✌️

Valeo is a global technology company developing solutions that shape the future of mobility. We work with major automotive and mobility players to deliver cleaner, safer, and smarter technologies.

We innovate constantly, but always with a practical mindset — our ideas need to survive the reality of the shopfloor, not just look impressive in presentations.

Why Join Us 🤗

Joining Valeo means becoming part of a team where you can grow, learn, and contribute to projects that have real industrial impact.

You’ll face meaningful challenges, collaborate with supportive colleagues, and develop experience that actually matters. Some days will be intense, some calmer, and yes — sometimes a machine will randomly decide to “express itself.” Welcome to industrial life.

What We Expect From You 🙃

• Motivation to learn and take initiative.
• Curiosity to question existing practices and explore smarter solutions.
• A sense of ownership, even when things get a little messy.
• Strong teamwork skills and open communication.

What You Can Expect From Us 🤝

• Clear guidance and real support from your team.
• An environment where improvement ideas are taken seriously.
• Genuine opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career.
• A culture based on trust, collaboration, and transparency.
• Tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed. And no — we don’t expect you to know everything on day one.

Your Role as an Production Supervisor 👷 ♂️ 🏭

• Ensure the induction of all newcomers (including temporary staff) and organize training actions.
• Analyze flexibility and polyvalence needs; define and follow up on training plans to develop team autonomy and a spirit of improvement.
• Monitor operator certifications and update the polyvalence matrix in real-time. Perform daily On-the-Job Training (OJT) on standards.
• Guarantee compliance with HSE and site rules by the APTs and anyone entering the perimeter.
• Ensure that work instructions are updated for every station, including rework.
• Propose weekly APZ headcounts and organization to the APU Manager, consistent with the MPS.
• Ensure production while respecting SQCDM targets and inventory levels.
• In case of a problem not solved by the APT, define and verify containment and corrective actions with support functions/management.
• Review perimeter QRAPs daily and react quickly to issues, escalating to the APU level if necessary.
• Liaise with the Supply Chain on daily MPS priorities and respect the daily MPS contract.

What we are looking for 🫵

• Bac+3 in industrial or mechanical management.
• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Team management skills are a must.
