Role Overview
Production Support is responsible for supporting and maintaining critical Microsoft messaging and collaboration platforms in a production environment.
Production Support : combines approximately 50% Operations Support and 50% Engineering activities, including incident management, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, automation, risk remediation, and production implementations.
Skills :
- Microsoft Exchange 2019/2016 (On-Premises)
- Microsoft 365 ( Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Exchange DAG, Hybrid Mail Flow, Edge Servers
- Active Directory, SMTP, PowerShell
