Role Overview

Seeking an experienced *Production Support Engineer* to provide operational support for business-critical batch and ETL pipelines, focusing on monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide operational oversight for daily and overnight batch workloads running *7 days a week*, including weekends and public holidays.

* Diagnose and resolve production incidents impacting *IBM DataStage ETL jobs* and dependent data flows.

* Support and maintain *Apache Spark and Delta Lake* processing pipelines for performance and reliability.

* Troubleshoot *PostgreSQL and IBM Db2* issues, including connectivity, query performance, and service availability.

* Manage workload orchestration in *Control-M*, including restarts, dependency handling, and recovery of failed runs.

* Conduct *RCA* for production issues and document findings, mitigations, and preventive actions.

* Collaborate with upstream and downstream technology teams during incidents, outages, and major releases.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
