Production Support Engineer - Python/Bash Scripting

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide application support to resolve issues related to data processing, reporting, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical problems using SQL queries, shell scripting, and Python scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement solutions.
• Develop automated testing frameworks using Linux/Unix environments for regression testing.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in application support or production support role.
• Strong understanding of SQL programming language and ability to write efficient queries.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting (Shell Scripting) for automating tasks on Linux/Unix systems.
