Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Production Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining proper records, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and maintain proper updates.
• Check and verify work completed by the concerned team.
• Maintain daily reports, records, and necessary documentation.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Handle client-related requirements and provide necessary support.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure work is completed accurately within the given timelines.
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain proper discipline and follow company processes and guidelines.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of email communication is preferred.
