What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of production support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) for application support processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in production support performance.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in application support, Java, React.JS, Spring Boot, AWS/Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS/Azure.
- Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
