Production Support Technician

We’re looking for a Production Support Technician to join our fast-paced automotive manufacturing team. If you’re mechanically inclined, reliable, and ready to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a hands-on role supporting our Remanufacturing Technicians and Parts Department to keep production efficient and organized.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering ordered parts to build stations and maintaining an organized workflow by job number
• Cleaning, preparing, and inspecting automotive components for assembly
• Inspecting and qualifying cases and castings for builder readiness
• Painting cases and components inside the paint booth
• Using tablets or computers to track progress and support workflow accuracy
• Assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory, and local deliveries
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Supporting team members and working toward weekly production goals
• Caring for equipment and tools to ensure longevity and safety

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and mechanically minded
• Comfortable getting hands-on and maintaining a professional demeanor
• Able to read, write, perform basic math, and read measurements accurately
• Technology capable — familiar with computers and tablets
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• High school diploma or GED required
• Automotive, mechanical, or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long shifts
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
