Production Team Lead

SUMMARY: Production Team Lead - Boviet Solar USA (Phase 2 Expansion)

Responsible for leading the daily production activities of an assigned production group in a controlled clean room manufacturing environment to ensure production, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Assign work according to the production plan and maintain balanced workflow.
• Monitor production quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production activities to support daily operations.
• Monitor production line operations and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Promote production safety, clean room compliance, and 6S workplace standards.
• Lead daily startup meetings and communicate production goals and company updates.
• Train, guide, and support production employees while monitoring attendance and performance.
• Maintain production records to ensure product traceability.
• Perform production operations as needed.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment is highly preferred but not required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Familiar with manufacturing processes, production standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Knowledge of clean room manufacturing practices and 6S principles preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor production activities, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement.
