- Graduate of Engineering Course or related field.
- With at least 1-3 years’ experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
- Experience in team supervision and people management
- Proficient in MS Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production teams to ensure daily targets are met
- Coordinate with various departments for timely preparation of parts
- Monitor change over line setup and improve efficiency
- Handle people and parts management with attention to detail
- Create reports and present updates using MS Excel and PowerPoint
