Production Team Leader

About the role

Assist the Supervisor/Shift Leader in implementing production plans and manage the assigned production line to ensure the production plan for server motherboard lines is achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor employees to ensure compliance with SOPs; control line capacity, yield, and material consumption; verify materials and conduct first-piece inspection/confirmation
• Manage 5S, ESD, and workplace safety on the production line; handle basic line abnormalities and promptly escalate major issues
• Manage daily personnel activities, provide on-the-job skills training, assist with shift scheduling, and complete production reports
• Supervise daily equipment inspections and cooperate with technicians in equipment maintenance

About you

• High school/vocational secondary school education or above

• At least 1 year of experience as a Production Team Leader in server PCBA or the electronics industry

• Familiar with SMT/DIP production processes and basic operating procedures

• Good on-site coordination, abnormality identification, and basic problem-solving skills

• Able to work on a two-shift rotation

• Basic communication skills and strong sense of responsibility

• Willingness to follow management instructions

• Experience in production line management in an electronics factory is preferred

• Experience in server production line management is preferred
