What they need
Qualifications – Production Team Leader (Packing & Repacking)
With at least 1–2 years of experience in packing, repacking, labeling, or warehouse operations
Preferably with team leader or supervisory experience
Experience handling or supervising packing staff/team members
Knowledgeable in packing, repacking, labeling, and tagging of products
Can monitor daily production/packing targets and output
Detail-oriented and able to ensure proper packing and product quality
Can assign tasks and monitor the attendance/performance of team members
Good communication and leadership skills
Responsible, organized, and hardworking
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to work onsite
Amenable to working in Oroquieta Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila
