Production Team Leader (Supervisor)

About the role

Roechling Automotive Chonburi Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Team Leader (Supervisor) to join our manufacturing operations in Chonburi. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing daily production activities and ensuring our facility operates at peak efficiency. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading production teams, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Standardize production process management, make a good equipment, material, and manpower to complete production orders with high quality and timely delivery.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across assigned production lines or departments

• Monitor production output, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure targets are consistently met

• Conduct regular briefings and training sessions with team members to maintain high performance and safety awareness

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency

• Investigate and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and quality concerns promptly and effectively

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for management review

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies

• Communicate regularly with upper management regarding production performance, challenges, and recommended solutions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree of Engineering or related.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes especially Injection part.

• Proficiency in the quality control standards for customer responding.

• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and achieving production targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices

• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure

• Leadership qualities with the ability to set a positive example and foster team cohesion

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in production management, lean manufacturing, or quality assurance are advantageous
