What You’ll Do:

As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly by:

• Operating and monitoring injection molding equipment (500–1500T)
• Starting and stopping machines as needed
• Loading and unloading parts from machines, carts, and dollies
• Assisting with equipment changeovers and workflow setup
• Using inspection and gauging tools to ensure product quality
• Marking and identifying parts accurately
• Recording production data
• Following specifications and quality standards
• Performing basic preventive maintenance
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working closely with your team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing experience a plus (1 year preferred)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Comfortable working overtime when needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Team player with good communication skills
• Reliable, accountable, and motivated
