What You’ll Do This is a cross-trained role, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to learn and work in multiple areas of production.

Core Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure quality production
• Perform tasks across multiple departments as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

What You Might Work On Depending on your training and department, you may be involved in:

• Preparing materials and forming spa shells
• Installing jets, plumbing, and electrical components
• Assembling frames and structural components
• Testing products for quality and performance
• Finishing, detailing, and packaging final products

You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of manufacturing processes and skills as part of your development.

You Should

• Have a strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• No prior manufacturing experience required—we’ll train you.

Physical & Work Environment This is a hands-on, active role in a manufacturing setting. You should be comfortable with:

• Repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling 50–100 lbs. with assistance
• Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
• Working in non-temperature-controlled environments
• Working with materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related products

Job Type Full Time

Schedule

Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:00pm, possible overtime as assigned.

Compensation $16.50/hr. ($18.50/hr. for select positions) plus competitive benefits package.

• eligible for merit increases after 90 days of continuous employment
