About the role
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Team Member to join our snack bar production team.
Key responsibilities
- Making and assembling snack bars
- Weighing and preparing ingredients
- General kitchen duties (including cleaning)
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
About you
- Previous experience in food preparation or in a commercial kitchen/bakery (1-2 years)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physically fit — able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Calm and effective under pressure
- Clear communication skills
- Able to pass pre-employment checks
- Written and verbal references
