What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor Armor, Cabler, and Packaging machines.
• Run up to 5 machines at the same time in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prepare, inspect, and maintain equipment for safe operation.
• Use basic hand tools: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow OSHA and Prysmian safety standards.
• Report safety concerns immediately.
• Support production as directed by supervisors.
• Work reliably and contribute to a strong team environment.

What You Bring

• Manufacturing experience preferred — not required.
• Ability to perform very physically demanding work.
• Ability to use standard hand tools.
• Must not be color blind.
• Ability to multitask and run multiple machines at once.
• Strong reliability and willingness to learn.
• Preferred: farming or farm‑hand experience due to familiarity with labor‑intensive work.
• Preferred: candidates open to 3rd shift and overnight schedules.

Work Environment

• Loud, industrial manufacturing setting.
• Exposure to heat and occasional outdoor tasks.
• Frequent bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, and repetitive motion.
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Fast‑paced environment with continuous machine operation.

Schedules

• 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts.
• Overtime available.
• Weekend availability required.
• 3rd‑shift and overnight candidates are strongly preferred.
