Perma-Chink Systems, a leader in specialty products for log and timber home construction and maintenance, is looking for a dependable, hardworking Production Technician to join our experienced manufacturing team.

In this hands-on role, you'll help manufacture our high-quality wood stains, sealants, and adhesives. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, mix, and blend raw materials, pigments, and chemicals according to established formulas and procedures.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.
• Fill, package, label, and seal finished products.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow established safety procedures when handling chemicals, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, tools, and workplace safety practices preferred.
• Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation & Benefits
