Production Technician – Blending and Bulk Field Operations

·       Receive bulk BO/ADD deliveries

·        Collect samples for laboratory clearance of material quality

·        Create unloading orders in LUBCELL

·        Unload BO/ADD into the designated storage tanks

·        Print weight tickets and close unloading orders in LUBCELL

·        Create loading orders in LUBCELL

·        Flush loading lines to prevent contamination

·        Load products into road tankers, flexibag containers, and ISO tanks

·        Close loading orders with the loaded quantity and component consumption recorded

·        Obtain blending process requirements

·        Request packed BO/ADD from the warehouse and heat it in the oven

·        Prepare premixes using the DDU system before the blending process

·        Monitor and control the blending process to ensure smooth operations

·        Conduct in-process inspections to ensure the integrity of the blending process

·        Collect samples for laboratory clearance of product quality

·        Update production records and report abnormalities involving products, processes, and equipment

·        Perform work safely and maintain proper housekeeping
