Production Technician

Shall report to the Production Supervisor and assists in the following:

· To be actively involved in preventive maintenance planning to ensure minimal machinery downtime.

· To carry out machine breakdown / preventive maintenance as per planned.

· To attend to machine breakdown and repairing work.

· To highlight and feedback to the Supervisor on any abnormalities noted on machineries and utilities.

· To ensure maintenance reports are properly done and maintained including all checklists.

· To adhere to food safety and GMP.

· To perform ad hoc assignments from time to time as deemed fit by the Supervisor.

. Prefer SPM Level/cert/SKM level with min experience.
