About the role
The Production Technician is responsible for executing manufacturing operations in accordance with standardized procedures, ensuring product quality and process compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment according to SOP and WI
- SMT process related machine operation and equipment maintenance (Solder paste, chip mounting, reflow oven)
- Perform assembly and processing tasks for products
- Conduct basic visual and functional inspections for SMT SPI, AOI, AXI equipment
- Possess practical experience in feeder loading and unloading
- Follow ESD and safety requirements
- Report abnormalities, defects, or equipment issues
- Maintain 5S workplace standards
- Support production efficiency and quality improvement
About you
- High school or technical school diploma
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Basic understanding of machine operation and assembly processes
- Ability to follow SOP and Work Instructions
- Basic inspection capability
- Attention to detail
- Responsibility and discipline
- Ability to work in a team environment
