What they need
PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
Job description:
- Ensure that machines and equipment are set up and maintained for continuous production.
- Perform tooling changes and maintain system records.
- Monitor and follow up on daily machine output.
- Operate machines based on planning provided by the Leader/Supervisor.
- Understand design layouts and tooling sequences.
- Able to read and understand Part Drawing Understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot machine problems with minimal downtime.
- Understand SPC and process capability (Cp & Cpk).
- Raise E-JR for any machine-related breakdowns associated with FFD.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess Sijil Kemahiran/Diploma in Mechanical/Machining or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in manufacturing (prefer Autolathe , CNC milling & Turning Process) environment.
- Willing to work on shift rotation.
