Production Technician

About the role

Join a high-technology industry focussed on the design and manufacture of superconducting magnet systems and components for high profile global customers.

The primary role is as a hands-on Production Technician at HTS-110 with a focus on the manufacturing, assembly and testing of superconducting products.

At HTS-110 you will be exposed to a variety of specialist techniques and materials including vacuum and cryogenic systems, resin impregnation, superconducting and composite materials and exotic metals.  We will provide training in the use of these techniques and materials but all candidates should be comfortable with using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment in an engineering workshop.   Experience of working on a production line or in a production environment will also be beneficial to a successful candidate.
