About the role
Responsible for machine assembly, electrical/panel wiring, pneumatics installation, testing, and production support, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and retrieve required parts, components, and materials for machine projects
- Perform machine and panel assembly, including electrical wiring, pneumatic routing, trunking/cable management, and soldering
- Maintain 5S and cleanliness of the work area
- Conduct tool testing, machine alignment, and verification to ensure optimal machine operation
- Collect and record machine performance/data for buy-off and verification activities
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective/preventive actions
- Provide technical input and solutions to support design enhancements
- Complete assigned production and office-related tasks according to management requirements
- Ensure all assigned work meets quality, productivity, and schedule requirements
- Actively participate in any assignment (office related) given by production management
